DISSAPOINTED WITH GEMS

On the 24th August my Dad went to see Oncology and he was booked to start his treatment on the 1st September, however the treatment hasn't started due to Gems declined the treatment that the Oncology wants to use, they advised that the Oncology must sent motivation and it's been two weeks now with no feedback and it's so frustrating cause there's no any communication from Gems and when you call you'll be sent from pillar to post, another thing the person can die while waiting for approval and the money for medical aid is being paid every month but when a person is supposed to get treatment it is a big issue. We are so disappointed with the service that we are getting from Gems.

I'm not happy with their response cause I believe this is an automatic reply we need solution cause my Dad needs treatment and his been waiting with no help.
