Disgusting, useless, brain dead staff!

Disgusting staff at GEMS. I sent a query in August and repeated it over and over again. I came to HelloPeter out of frustration. They responded on HelloPeter that they will contact me. They NEVER called me. Now I am experiencing a serious problem that impacts my health and my dependant's health. They don't care. I called their number. Stupidly it repeats the number you called and cuts off. I kept trying and it still does that. Do they just want our money?? Why don't they employ competent staff. It means that because today is a Friday, they are probably going to parties and finishing early. So we are the victims who have to suffer during the weekend. We can't get through to them and it is impacting so negatively on our health as this is an important script and very important and urgent query.
