DISGUSTING TERRIBLE HORRIBLE MEDICAL AID. USELESS AND TAKES MONEY FOR NO SERVICE GIVEN

If I could I would NOT EVEN GIVE ONE STAR The service is terrible. Always a problem to get medical help. Its RIDICULOUS. Sitting at hospital on the day of the operation since 5:30 and we still waiting for an authorisation code. My wife has been on my medical aid for 8 months now and they tell us theres a waiting period. We struggled for more than 6months just to get on and resubmitted all the forms monthly and got no response. Its a medical emergency but what will it matter. They quick to deduct the money off your salary and its not cheap. They cant even look after their members that they take money from monthly !!!!!!
