Disgusting service

To say I am disappointed is understatement. My mother has been paying medical aid for herself and my brothers for the past 2 years now. Because my brothers are in varsity you requested the proof of registration which was submitted numerous times. However to this day you have not covered them as part of the medical aid. During the weekend my brother got admitted into hospital and we had to pay for everything out of pocket. I am disgusted by the lack of service, if I could issue a negative rating I would.
