Disgusting, *********** , uncaring Staff

Over 3 months have passed and no response from these brain dead people. I have made query upon query and they keep giving me reference numbers, but no one responds. Please people employ competent people there. It's very frustrating to call and get no service at all. This is absolutely disgusting. I feel they are robbing me every month. /so many urgent emails and calls made to no avail. They just enjoy fleecing us for thousands of rands, but cannot answer simple queries.
