Disgusted
My daughter was changed from a student to an adult dependent and on the form we complete it states membership contributions will be as of 01 April 2025. You proceed to send me an sms that states the same yet you deduct all this money and back date payments and take it from my salary without informing me???? Its disgusting, I have emailed and phoned, right now I am still holding for your membership line and nobody answers? I want an explanation.
