Disgusted by GEMS empty promises
Last month GEMS apologised for making a mistake and deducting incorrectly from me, stating I would get my money refunded with April salary run. It is not reflecting and trying to get answers is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Sent mails, phoned and no answers. Quick to take your money without permission but trying to get your money back is like pulling hens teeth.
