DISGRACEFUL SERVICE FROM GEMS!!!!

Absolute shocking service from this medical scheme!!!! I have been trying to add my partner to the scheme for the past ALMOST 8 weeks! Despite completing all the forms, sending all required documents we just DON'T SUCCEED by adding my partner. Phone call after phone call, resending the application, speaking to a Supervisor, NOTHING IS DONE!!! Will gems take responsibility for anything happening to my partner? Will they keep this battle period in consideration if there is a waiting period?? ABSOLUTELY FED UP!!!! Member for over 25+ years DISGRACEFUL SERVICE! M Briers
