DISGRACE!

Good Day... I am trying now for months to change my option. The system did not allowed me to do so and when I eventually got it right I paid over R2300 to much. I am going to the medical complaint board if this is not rectified. No one even respond to your emails which is pathetic and you have to drag outcomes out of your employees. You all need to step up your game! I want my refund because of your incompetency! It is like speaking to ghost.
