<p>Good Morning,</p> <p> </p> <p>I THINK THIS IS JUST ************** AGAINST PEOPLE WITH CHRONIC CONDITIONS, BECAUSE I HAVE CHRONIC CONDITIONS I CANNOT USE THE EMERAL VALUE OPTION, THIS IS NOT FAIR, AND AS I AM LISTING TO COLLEQUES AROUND ME A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE PLANNING ON LEAVEING GEMS, SO WHY NOT MAKE THE EMERAL VALUE MORE ASSESSEBIL FOR PEOPLE WITH CHRONIC CONDITIONS.</p> <p> </p> <p>I HAVE BEEN GOING TO MY KIDNEY DR FOR YEARS, WHY DO I NEED TO HAVE A REFERRAL LETTER NOW, YES I CAN UNDERSTAND NEW SPECIALIST BEEN ADDED BUT CURRENT ONCE WHY?</p> <p> </p> <p>AND BECAUSE OF MY CHORNIN CONDITION I AM MOST OF THE TIME ADMITTED TO THE UROLOGY HOSPITAL BECAUSE AL THE RELEVANT DR’S ARE THERE AND THIS SAVES COST OF GETTING DRS FROM OTHER HOSPITALS TO COME AND SEE ME.</p> <p> </p> <p>I WANT TO ALSO HAVE THE BENEFIT OFF EMARALD VALUE ESSPECIALLY AS A SINGLE MOM, BUT YOU ARE BIAST AND UNFAIR.</p> <p> </p>
