Disappointed is an understatement

Angry and disappointed would be an understatement. My father is a GEMS member and has my mother as a dependent. My mother is supposed to be getting ARV's , it has been 3 moths of back and forth , the doctor sends the required documents and they will say everything is fine, she will get the pills within a week. When she goes to the pharmacy, no pills. She calls, they tell her they have not received the script from the doctor, the doctor calls them and resends the script and confirms with them , they say all is in order. Same circle over and over again, no pills. Last call they promise to send her the pills along with vitamins, but nothing has happened, that was last of last week.My mother CD4 count is 169 and she is constantly sick, I feel like they are toying with her life and have no regard for human life, they are only interested in collecting the money from their members and government. We have wasted airtime calling but no one is willIing to help us.
