Disappointed in Service

This is the worst medical aid to ever exist, I regret ever joining this medical aid,they never call customers back to make follow ups and will take you from pillar to post when wanting a refund on claims.Now I want to cancel I'm being told to fill in a stupid form and my funds are depleted I still have to owe them like what nonsense is this
