Disappointed in gems and *********** y

If I had an option to choose another medical scheme I would coz GEMS is ***********.i sent dependant forms towards month end May with all the documents,then they sent an sms saying no membership cancellation form and it was there on the first page.then I got relaxed when I got the membership letter stating benefits date for my dependant will be active on the first of July. 1st of July I took my kids to the Dr for consultation,after consultation I then checked my email only to receive a dependent cancellation email,enquired with no help but only excuse,they only added my second born for the 1st of August and the first born has a waiting period,I had to pay the DR R2000 cos of their incompetency.
