Disappointed and flabbergasted

I’m a service provider. I submitted my banking information with their implementation team in July till today (September) they have not updated and have not paid my claim.

I have called their contact centres more than 8 times with no help. They give me this email and that number to reach for assistance. Today, the lady said she is putting me through so the necessary department and dropped the call.

I’m not sure what to do with my clients that are using gems.

Honestly, this is disappointing.
