Disappointed

I'm so sick an tired of running after my money really, gems owes me my savings money after I have changed my option last year, apparently it takes 5months but when you call them they cannot give you a date for payment, all the agent says is try checking when it's the next payment run....when you owe them a 10c they will deduct immediately, but when they owe you you will wait 5 months and then some.
