Disappointed

I once reported that there was a claim from doctor where I had covered all my costs in cash and dr went on to claim money from my medical aid and I was not assisted.

Another thing is that Gems offers Acute, Self-Medication, and Contraceptives as separate options, but the problem is that the acute limit actually includes the total of all three. This reduces the cover for real acute needs and feels unfair. Each category should have its own independent benefit so members get the full support they expect.
