Didn't pay for the birth of my baby.

Had a natural birth with my second baby with midwives. Paid for everything cash. When I tried to claim it back, it just kept saying "declined". Multiple times I tried EVERYTHING to find out what is the problem. Requested millions of calls on the GEMS app. They just NEVER phone you back. Eventually got through to someone who could explain to me. Send it through with the correct paperwork, still declined because it has been 3 months after birth. Had to send motivations why it took 3 months. I send proof of all my emails, al my phone calls, but haven't received a cent back. It has been 19 months after the birth. It's pathetic.
