Description

My gynecologist described for me triphasil pills on the 18th of December 2020 I got them in pharmacy GEMS payed for it. When I returned on the 13th of January 2021 (since it's a 6 months description) I was told that it's not on the formulary so GEMS will not pay for it. I am so confused how come in less than a month they decide not to pay yet I do have funds since it's the beginning of the year.
