Dependent on Chronic Medication

I am constantly fighting for GEMS to pay for my chronic medication, whether I go directly to their offices or via phone call. When I think the issue is resolved, I am told by the pharmacists that some of my medication is still not authorized. I am currently unable to get my psycholeptics in spite of the fact that my psychiatrist has sent motivation to them expressing why I direly need them. I'm not sure that this medical scheme cares for its members and I am truly frustrated and find myself at a loss.
