Good day. I app**** for dental authorization for my youngest son to have teeth extracted. First we struggled to receive authorization, then when we did get, i must pay in R2000 to have it done. I did not use any dental the previous 2 years and lost some money last year which i did not use. All that they told me at the walk in centre this morning is that i have to pay the money in, they can not review the authorization i received.
