Delivery authorisation
I'm supposed to deliver via csec on the 12/12/2019 due to complications and I have a previous ceaser, which the doctor has clearly indicated but I'm told it's not an emergency and therefore a co payment of R10 000 must be paid, I'm really don't understand why am I supposed to pay that amount. Authorisation no: ***2
