DELIBRATELY WITHHOLDING AUTHORIZATION FOR 5 MONTHS

Good Day Sir/Madam Please see attached communication from the service provider . Re: Application for authorization,*** Reference Number: ***

Its almost 5 months waiting for an authorization code from Gems Dental Department .

The service provider sent on the 14th of July at 12:43pm and did numerous follow ups with GEMS . with no response.

I took the liberty of calling them as well , I was told they had not received the correspondence , up until I inform them I had been cc’d in all communication with them . And of cause they came up with another reason which doesn’t make sense .

I ask this matter be investigated as GEMS has a reputation for lack of accountability and assisting clients .

I would like this matter be resolved immediately as we pay monthly premiums to get the service that I paid for as a client , I am sick and tired of the incompetence of the medical scheme

How are you okay with giving such poor service ?
