delayed approval of application

I have been requesting to be added on the Gems network as a health provider for over a month now, i was once helped by a lady called Khensani Mkhari who was kind enough to follow up on my application but she could only do up to what she is allowed to, after that i would call the call center daily who would hang up on me everytime i needed an answer,i am really frustrated as i don't know if my application will ever be approved, this is putting a strain on me because i have to turn patients away.please attend to this and also train your call center agents to be more helpful than rude...
