DECLINED SERVICE

I am injured since January 03, 2026, visited GP who referred me to a specialist, who required MRI which i struggled for over 3 days to get approval now surgery is required based on the MRI results, GEMS are busy declining authorization and when i called them, i cannot get a satisfactory explanation mind you i wait for over 45 minutes on the call to be assisted. To date i have not undergone surgery. They say its a condition and I am injured.
