Debit order take for R1870 still not a member!!!!!

Since 2007 I have been a member of Gems (medical aid) but in 2013 I was put on medical pension. My membership was terminated and I app**** for my own medical aid and payment thereof. Every month since Feb 2 an amount of R1827 is taken as contribution. When I visited the dentist in March they said I am not a member. But I do get my chronic medicine from Ackermans pharmacy on my new medical card Emerald member no ***. I sent various e_mails asking if anyone can help but till today they say they will send a card and I will be a member from April 2015. I HAVE RECEIVED A CARD IN DECEMBER ALREADY STATING MEMBERSHIP FROM 1 JAN 2015. PLEASE HELP. I do not have money to pay the previous membership on the ruby option that I was on. Regularly I receive a threatening letter stating they are going to hand me over to the credit bureau if the old debt doesn't get paid. Surely I cannot pick money from trees. I am really desperate.
