Daughter taken out of medical Aid without notification

Medical Aid :***(Michael Makhafola: main member) Dependence are M Agnes (wife) and Puseletso (daughter)

Received an sms requesting confirmation of daughter to still be a dependent. On 29 May 2022 an affidavit was send confirming that she is still a dependent and a reference to acknowledge receipt was sent with a note that within 48 hrs someone will contact us but no one has. On 6th July 2022 my daughter went to the doctor only to find out that she is out of the medical Aid. There was no communication to notify the main member. On 7th July I phoned the client service number to enquire and was told by Elizabeth that someone will call me back but no one called.My daughter needs to be put back on the medical Aid as she is not working.
