contributions refund
so i decided to put my mother on medical aid. so i was told that she will be on waiting period from Sep to Nov and cover would start in december. however while she was on the gems waiting period she got sick and passed away while on waiting period. now that she never get to use the service i want my contributions back. for the two months i contributed. the callcentre is giving me the run around.

As per our correspondence with you, please be advised that no contribution refund is applicable as dependant 03 was active on the medical aid up until the month in which she was terminated. We would wish to advise that the waiting periods applicable to dependant 03 were confirmed and accepted by you.
