Confused medical aid

I got an appointment in April this year with dermatologist. All lesions and tumor has cancer. I phoned gems to ask what I should do. They said have the biopsies and if cancer I will be registered a cancer patient. June biopsies done....all cancer. Referred to plastic surgeon. All authorized for operation. I went into depression after seeing my wound. For the next 6plus weeks to the wound sister. Doctors don't have the type of dressing used.. August accounts sent to gems and what a shock. Gems only paid in full the hospital. Anesthetic only 60% Plastic surgeon only 33%.1 queried with gems.......very vague explanations. Queried again, still nothing. Please please please help me Gems.
