confused
<p>My father passed away on the 24th of august and we were told that we cant use the medical aid but when we call to confirm benefits they confirm and the premiums for september were deducted on my dads salary on the 15th.. So why cant we access the services????? Does it mean we are going to struggle when we are sick but there is medical aid.... I dont understand this seriously. Member number ********** 10</p>
