Confirmation please?

We have finally gathered and handed in the outstanding ex gratia documentation at the Sancardia Walk-in GEMS offices as suggested by Lynette Thompson from GEMS. It was an a very unpleasant experience as the staff were rude and had lots of questions as to why this documentation was handed in there. We dealt with a Senior Manager named Edith Khabisi. She opened the envelope and asked questions about the documentation and the more we explained that this is the outstanding documentation she kept asking where is the original request ect. It was really frustrating and after explaining for the umpteenth time that she only has to send this to the Ex gratia division, she gave us the following ref nr : ***. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS WAS THE ORIGINAL AND ONLY COPIES THAT I HAVE. I would suggest that you give Edith a call and ensure that this gets send to the correct people at GEMS Ex gratia division PLEASE?
