Compromising client's health
Gems medical is compromising my mother's health everyday they get. Her chronic medication is not fully delivered because I have a bill in their system of which a letter was sent out in KZN when I'm in Gauteng. Until I settle the bill on the letter, she will not get her meds. They can send promotional emails but can't email a bill of R180. I spend thousands to cover her on a monthly basis so why would I not pay the R180. Happy to collect every cent and deliver zero necessary service

14 Dec 2022, 14:57Send them to where Thando ? to customer service? More like lodge another complain via our channels only for the channels not to work. My numbers are attached to the complain on hellopeter but you can't call to enquire further, you infact sending me on a wild chase. Lastly I was told I owe R180 and paid R200 but still the straps were not delivered yesterday. This is pure insult.
