COMPLAINT GEMS!!

COMPLAINT!!!!!!! Gems customer service is pathetic!!!!!My mom has sent an email trying to get help with her account that they messed up on the 6th of May till today they have not yet responded. They failed to do their jobs and now they expexct my mother to cough up 17 000 because of their own incompetence.They're departments lack integration my mother has called them at least 3 times to try sort out this issue and non of their employees know what's going on. Till today we have not yet received feedback on the email she sent on the 6th of May 2020.
