Complaint about Gems Medipost

My name is Allen Liwani. My medical aid number is ***. Sent the script to Gems around 16 March. I have enquired about when I'll be getting my medication. Apparently they have a new courier company I gave them my details till today haven't received my medication. This is not fair. I ran out of my medication they have just been quiet not saying anything.
