I called in for authorisation and has been told it needs to go for investigations

I am really not happy with the SERVICE from the MEDICAL AID, the doctor has booked me for this week 02.03.18 for an OP 2445/2395 – N871

Could you please make sure doctor is called today as I can’t BEG for assistance and can’t wait for 4 working days - I need an answer on this by tomorrow or Thursday please

It looks like you don’t have the patients illness at heart – could someone please speed up the PROCESS as I really can’t wait for so long – may the doctor be informed now and the main member.
