Communication

<p>I've sent through all my documents on the 19th May 2016. No response. Sent it again o the 3rd June. NOTHING again. And then a third time on the 12th June. </p> <p>Seeing that NOTHING was communicated back to me,on the 23rd June, I tried to phone 3 times, phone dies after making selections.</p> <p>I SMS'd my Persalno. to the number given on the website, till today, nobody phoned.</p> <p>On the same day I've emailed a complaint through and got the automated response somebody will contact me within 48 hours. After 5 days I have heard NOTHING. </p> <p>My little one is ill and I cannot take her to a doctor. I am extremely upset, as I don't think this is the service we deserve.</p>
