Co payment for an abulance

VERY DISSAPOINTED IN YOU GEMS!

We recently had a very bad experience.

30/03/2021 An ambulance was requested to come and assist for an emergency for my late husband, it was an emergency as he had a heart attack.

How is it possible to receive a bill for an outstanding amount of R3700????? Why do we pay our medical aid?? Absolutely ridiculous!

It was an emergency completely out of our hands! That is why we are on the emerald option which is not the cheapest and is supposed to be the best option!!!

Completely unacceptable!
