Claims not been refunded

Submitted claim t be refunded to us on 25 January 2023. Have sent numerous e-mails with regards to why the claim has not been paid. Then they say its duplicated, but the claim has not been processed on any of the claims statements. Its 6 weeks later and we have still not been refunded. Unacceptable!
