Claims never gets paid and eventualy told its a still account...Impossible.

A year and a half later my claims are still not paid. I'm being sent from pillar to post regarding this issue and I'm now frustrated and exhausted. I've even spent more than what I claimed to receive already.

I called last week and the lady could retrieve all my correspondence. Today im calling for a follow-up. Lady called Busi now says it is a still account because I sent it late. I asked how come because ive sending the invoices and they kept telling me excuses. Now she says i must retrieve all my correspondences and references to proof it. Why should i proof to her that past people I have been calling have seen the responses on the system? unless they use different systems. Otherwise, all call center agents have their own different stories to tell, Its like they fabricate just to avoid refunding you.

Unfortunately this one it can take 50 years but they will have to pay for it. If it means taking each other to court WE CAN DO THAT.
