Claims inquiry

I have a handicapped son and ever since I joined Gems they have been paying out for his nappies. For which I am ever so grateful. However for the last 2 years I have really struggled to get them to refund me. First it was the nappi code that just changed , then the practice no. was not registered for the year etc.<br> <br> This year I have submitted a couple of claims -( invoice directly from the supplier -saving hundreds of Rand) but for a claim of R1715.27 they pay out only R294-05.<br> <br> I have Phoned, sent emails and faxes but nothing helps.
