Claims for treatment not paid out

Last year (2017) in October I submitted my proof of payment so that GEMS could reimburse me for dental bills. I have sent them multiple emails requesting they provide proof of payment as I am still waiting to get paid out. They however, insist that the payment was made but won't provide me with any proof of payment.

R2 647.40 and R143.63 are the outstanding amounts owed to me.
