Claimed money for a canceled medical aid

I was a member of GEMS until i retired while waiting for my payout at gpf it took them six months to do so, GEMS canceled my medical aid but every month they're are receiving contributions form the government. I tried to enquire with their account department that why are they still receiving money from gpf on my behalf but the medical aid was canceled 6 years ago i dont get answers. Every year i receiving a statement that they get contributions from gpf but i dont even have the medical aid. All i get its rude people or they put me on hold but one thing im sure of money is coming to gems. im so disappointed im an old woman and all im getting from gems its bad service
