Services rendered 23 July 2014 - I have submitted all relevant documentation and Proof to Gems regarding a Statement claim by Ampath. first the codes were wrong and corrected as requested by GEMS, then the stale claim was raised due \late Submission"Gems required proof of follow up which were forwarded to GEMS by Ampath. Still no reply from Gems. Today I called them and I was informed that the lady that they still waiting for feedback on this claim from GEMS. I have been handed over to the attorneys due to no response from Gems. We paying R6624.00 per month and receive no positive response from GEMS.
