Claim not processed

I have been battling to get this claim authorized by GEMS for 3 months. What a joke this system and medical aid is. After numerous of phone calls to the call center and emails the claim is still not sorted out and has not been paid.

The doctor have now threatened me with being black listed as the account is over 120 days over due. This is ridiculous that the account has not be processed and I'm now liable for something that GEMS should have paid. I have sent emails in November, December and January. As well as I am sure you are able to recall the numerous calls I have made to the call center about this matter.

This account was submitted for the 1st time in November before the 4 month claim processing time.

This is disgusting service.
