Claim not processed

Hi there An in hospital claim was sent in for 31 Dec 2017, it was rejected cos of bilking codes. When I called in on 31 /01 Ref Cape Town lungelo MH ********** 9 claim sent for processing. I called again last week on 9/02 Daniel Jhb 9/02 Daniel Jhb mh ********** 6 and the claim had still not been processed,

What is going on ?
