Claim not paid despite authorisation

Authorisation was provided for a hearing aid fitting on 6th December. Claim was submitted. Hearing aids were provided to the client, but GEMS ahve still not paid us. We have phoned numerous times. It keeps getting escalated, but no payment is received.
