Claim delay
I made a claim on Gems in April till today they haven't paid me. They asked for some documents I did sent them they promised to pay me last Month but they did not. I called them on the 15th of tjis Month to check what is the problem the consultant told mw more stories. GEMS is disappointing maybe its because they don't have competition.

18 Jun 2021, 14:20I emailed all the documents I really don't get it if you say you only received my bank statement. That bank statement was in tbe sama attachment with all tje documents.
