Chronic medicine not been updated on system

I send my sons , Stephan Coetzee , chronic prescriptions changes to Gems on 12 March 2015. They did not update the system and the medicine went through on Acute medicine and now this Acute medicine of my sons is finished for the year because they did not do their work!!!<br> I phone yesterday and talk to Percy Reference number UV15435/017. He could not explain to me why this was not updated on the system. He told me that they have received the Fax on 12 March 2015. He said that someone will call me before the end of the day!!!!! I am still waiting for someone to call me!!! I WANT ANSWERS!!! <br>
