Chronic medication still not sent after THREE months!!!!

What is the point of having a medical aid if its not for my health? My doctor sent a prescription for my medication at the beginning of March. She also did a telephonic registration on the relevant programme. But to this day I havent received my meds. When I call Gems they tell me that an allocation has been done but the medication has not been authorised. But when I called the pharmacy, the pharmacy I was told the authorisation was done 26th of March and they are just waiting for the allocation. I dont know what to believe. I even went back to my doctor on 28th of May and she did the registration again. These delays are impacting on my health and are highly unaccaptable
