chronic medication rejected

today i went in to clicks pharmacy knysna to collect my chronic medication and also to submitt a new chronic script for my wife.To my dessapointment both claims were rejected with reasons i dont understand.my script was supposed to be in the 5th of 6 but to my suprise was rejected,and my wife script was rejected.im currently out of medication and realy need my meds.this is so dissapointing.tried to call the call center the was no answer after trying for several times.Tried sending them emails later today,emails just bump back and dont go through.what the hell is going on Gems is now gambling with our lives with np care at all.
