Chronic medication no processed since 05 December 2024
I send a chronic medication renewal script on 05 December 2024 and I got no acknowledgement nor response. I wrote to them on 31 December 2024 and still nothing happened. No my son is without life saving medication and GEMS is sending me from pillar to post. When I wrote a complaint they tell me it will be resolved in 7 days.i need medication now
